This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what you can ask me to do with it. The website is run by Syed Arslan Ali Shah (“I”, “me”).
What I collect
- Forms you send: when you request a free audit, email yourself a tool report or download the checklist, I receive the details you enter, such as your name, email, website and notes.
- Tool answers: when you email yourself a website score or growth estimate, the answers and numbers you entered are included so the report makes sense.
- Technical data: like every website, the server records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser to keep the site secure and working.
How I use it
- To send you what you asked for: the audit, the report or the checklist.
- To reply to you about your website if you asked me to.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse.
I do not sell your information and I do not add you to a newsletter without asking.
Who else sees it
Your details are stored on this website and in my email inbox. They pass through my hosting and email providers, who process them only to provide those services.
How long I keep it
Audit requests and enquiries are kept for as long as they are useful for our conversation and for up to two years after. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work. If analytics are added later, this policy will be updated to say so.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your information, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Contact me by email at support@syedarslanportfolio.com and I will reply within 30 days.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
